VIREMONT MARITIME AND LOGISTICS — Terms of Service
Effective 2026
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate identity information. Verification levels (Basic, Full) unlock features and limits. We may restrict or freeze an account to comply with law or protect the platform, and we will tell you why.
2. Banking services
Balances are held in your name and recorded on a double-entry ledger. Internal transfers are final once completed. Outbound wires may be reviewed before release; a failed wire is refunded in full, including fees. Fees and limits are shown before you confirm and may change for future transactions.
3. Shipping services
Freight charges are quoted from declared weight, dimensions and destination and are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by a scan. Cancelling before pickup refunds the escrow. You are responsible for accurate customs declarations; import duties are calculated at clearance and charged to your balance. If funds are insufficient the parcel is held until duty is paid.
4. Security
Keep your password, two-factor codes and transaction PIN private. Actions authorised with your PIN are treated as yours. Report suspected compromise immediately.
5. Liability
Insured shipments are covered up to the declared value. Uninsured shipments are covered up to the freight charge paid. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control.
